for on-grounds school at a treatment center for emotionally troubled children and teens. Prefer Masters or Bachelor Degree in Special Education with an active teaching license. Eligible for Highly Qualified Teacher status. Prefer teaching experience with emotionally disabled youth. Knowledge of emotional disturbances, learning disorders, and instructional techniques. Ability to maintain composure and to think clearly in a crisis situation. Demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as a part of a treatment team.
