About the Job:
Director of Clinical Services needed for a treatment center for emotionally troubled children and teens. Responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment, including supervising therapists, reviewing referrals, and adhering to licensing and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline with a current license as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Minimum of four years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of four years of experience working with adolescents and families.
- Prior experience in residential treatment.
- Computer proficiency and excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
Other Details:
- Base Salary plus add'l compensation for therapy hours.
